Arnold Management & Consulting provides directly hands-on management. Our office is available to Board Members, Owners and Residents during regular business hours and, for emergencies, we respond 24/7.
Since 1983, Arnold Management & Consulting has managed condominium associations and planned development communities in attached and detached, low-rise, mid-rise, and high rise communities.
Our firm manages medium to large-scale communities and offers Director and Committee Member Leadership Training to small and self-managed residential and mixed-use Common Interest Developments.
Patricia Arnold, CCAM, CMCA, AMS
Patricia Arnold is a career professional homeowner association manager and consultant. She has managed community associations ranging from the very small associations of fewer than 10 homes to large-scale communities with more than 5,000 homes, from just one street to over 130 acres.
- Patricia Arnold is an active member and funding founder of CACM and an active member of CAI and ECHO.
- Patricia earned the prestigious CACM Vision Award for Excellence in 1999.
- Patricia has been called upon to testify as an Expert Witness.
